Lakers: LeBron James' Exceptional Performance Was Inspired by Family

The Lakers defeated the Orlando Magic 106-94 on Sunday night. The Lakers improved to 15-13, while the Orlando Magic would prefer not to have their record written here. Despite the fact that the Lakers were predicted to win, it was an outstanding performance.

The performance of LeBron James was very motivating. James recorded his 101st career triple-double. He finished with 30 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists, and three blocks. James' ability to keep playing at a high level despite the passage of time is remarkable. James will turn 37 in a few weeks, and it's not only because of his age. "It's not the years, it's the mileage," Indiana Jones famously quipped. James is in his 19th season, and many experts believe his time as an outstanding NBA player has passed him by. Reports of James' death appear to have been highly exaggerated.

The experts weren't entirely incorrect. The 2021-22 season got off to a poor start for James. Since the first few games, his stats and explosiveness have skyrocketed. ESPN reporter Dave McMenamin posted the difference in his latest figures, as well as a tried-and-true energy cure.

Many people may be surprised to learn that sleep may be beneficial and life-giving. When it came to witnessing his son Bronny play, James was open about how it affected him.

  • "Getting the optimal rest, getting into my rem sleep but also having an opportunity to fly down to Phoenix last night and see my son play ball. It's definitely...he inspires me you know? So I felt really good waking up today after watching him and his team last night and I just tried to do my part."

I can attest to the fact that your children can motivate you to do better. Most parents are capable of doing so. If all James wants is some more rest and to see his kid Bronny play, I'm sure Laker supporters believe the Lakers should accommodate him!
