You really must see these unearthed vintage photographs of the "Adore You" singer in all his youthful splendor as the British artist celebrates his 28th birthday on Tuesday, Feb. 1.
In one old photo, a toddler-aged Harry wears a blue t-shirt and a white vest and shines with a wide smile.
The future Grammy winner stands for the camera in a preppy navy sweater with a white collar and a cunning smirk on his face in what seems to be a yearbook shot.
Another amusing snapshot shows Harry taking a pose while wearing a woman's bra over a soccer shirt. Harry memorably graced the cover of Vogue in November 2020 wearing a Gucci gown.
The undated childhood images were initially revealed in 2010 when Harry was a member of One Direction and a contender on X-Factor.
In the accompanying essay to his history-making Vogue cover, Harry focused on his gender-bending style.
"In music, the individuals I looked up to—Prince and David Bowie, Elvis Presley, Freddie Mercury, and Elton John—they're such showmen," he told the fashion magazine. "It was truly mind-blowing when I was a youngster. Now I'll put on something a little more flashy that doesn't make me feel insane. I believe that getting something that makes you feel fantastic is similar to getting a superhero suit."
The Dunkirk star went on to say, "Clothes are meant to be enjoyed, experimented with, and played with. What's truly fascinating is how quickly all of these lines are dissolving. When you eliminate any obstacles, such as "There are clothing for men and there are clothes for women," you obviously open up the arena in which you may perform."
When he goes shopping, he says he occasionally finds himself alone "I was admiring the women's clothing and thought to myself, "Wow, these are great." It's the same with anything else: if you erect boundaries in your own life, you're simply restricting yourself."
There's no news on how Harry's girlfriend Olivia Wilde feels about the beautiful flashback photos. Since going public with their affair in January 2021, the couple, who met on the filming of the forthcoming thriller film Don't Worry Darling, helmed by the 37-year-old Tron: Legacy actor, have been going strong.
