St. Patrick's Day Parade to take over Atlantic Avenue

FLORIDA'S DELRAY BEACH — This afternoon, Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach will be closed off for the St. Patrick's Day Parade.

The city's most prestigious event is proudly sponsored by WPTV.

From the Intracoastal Canal to Northwest Fifth Avenue, the parade route begins in the west along Atlantic Avenue.

You may still participate in the celebrations by viewing them live in the video player below if you cannot help paint the city green.

Around noon, the procession gets underway.
