Thanks to the limited series The Last Thing He Told Me, which is currently streaming its first two episodes on Apple TV+, today is a wonderful day for fans of mysteries. The television series, which is based on Laura Dave's book of the same name, centers on Hannah (Jennifer Garner), a lady who joins forces with her stepdaughter Bailey (Angourie Rice) to discover what led to the mysterious disappearance of her husband Owen (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau). Where was The Last Thing He Told Me filmed?
Living in a floating home in Sausalito, California, is one excitingly delightful component of Hannah and Bailey's existence. More than 400 houseboats and floating dwellings make up the neighborhood, which is situated across from San Francisco's Golden Gate Strait and is dispersed throughout five residential marinas in Marin County. According to TV Guide, there was also one in Austin, Texas, there was filming.
A few sequences in Texas were shot at the University of Texas at Austin. Garner stated to the source: "We admired UT. My dad is an Aggie, so that's foremost in my mind, but we enjoyed seeing the campus. And on the first night, we were there, we got together, sailed down the river in a little boat resembling a miniature automobile, and just observed everything as it passed."
The actors and crew were also spotted filming in Austin's Lady Bird Lake (formerly known as Town Lake) and on Butterfly Bridge.
